Location

The Smithton-Valley Neighborhood Association is defined by the area bounded on the north by Business 70, on the south by West Broadway, on the west by Clinkscales, and on the east by Jewell and McBaine in Columbia, Missouri.

Membership

Voting membership in the Smithton-Valley Neighborhood Association is open to any resident of the Smithton-Valley Neighborhood as well as any person, firm or organization owning property, conducting business or engaging in activities within the neighborhood. Residents include owner-occupants or tenants. Representatives of such firms or organizations may be owners, managers, employees, agents, designated representatives, officers or directors of said entities.
